Coulton Creek Capital has sold its stake in Punch Bowl Social, a restaurant and bar chain that also features bowling. No financial terms were disclosed. The exit comes in the wake of news previously reported by PE HUB that L Catteron made an undisclosed investment in Punch Bowl Social.

Punch Bowl Social has received an investment from consumer-focused private equity firm L Catterton.

Coulton Creek Capital has played a large role in Punch Bowl Social’s expansion from a two-location restaurant concept to a nine-unit national brand. With investments in Punch Bowl Social’s Austin, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Rancho Cucamonga, CA locations and planned Stapleton, CO location, Coulton Creek has provided Punch Bowl Social with a wide range of debt and preferred equity investments to fund new locations.
