Court Square Capital has acquired Veregy, an energy services company, from Bow River Capital. No financial terms were disclosed. Harris Williams served as financial advisor to Veregy on the deal.

Veregy is a technology forward, leading independent energy services company (“ESCO”) that offers energy efficiency solutions and smart building technologies.
