CTPartners names new partner for Chicago office

CTPartners said Tuesday that it has hired Susan Baldwin as a partner in the firm’s life sciences and healthcare practice. Baldwin will be based in the company’s Chicago office. Previously, she worked at Spencer Stuart in its life sciences and healthcare practice. Headquartered in New York, with offices all over the world, CTPartners is an executive search firm that serves a wide variety of sectors, including private equity and venture capital.

Baldwin’s experience in the healthcare services and managed care sectors is deep and extensive, having placed senior level executives in health insurance and pharmacy benefit management companies, as well as emerging health services companies serving both payers and providers. Baldwin’s clients include Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations and private equity firms.
Before joining CTPartners, Baldwin was with Spencer Stuart in its Life Sciences & Healthcare Practice for over 7 years. She has over 20 years of sales, marketing, account management, business development and operations experience in her corporate career, including various executive positions at Medco Health Solutions, Kaiser Permanente, Caremark and Baxter.
