Cylex Inc., a Columbia, Md.-based provider of immune system testing solutions, has raised $20.5 million in third-round funding. Channel Medical Partners and Canaan Partners co-led the deal, and were joined by Siemens Venture Capital, First Analysis Corp., Calvert Funds, Chesapeake Ventures, NJTC Venture Fund and Roche Venture Fund.
