D.A. Davidson adds Kelleher to team

Northwest-based investment firm D.A. Davidson & Co has named Mark Kelleher as vice president, senior research analyst. In his new role, Kelleher will help expand the firm’s coverage of the enterprise infrastructure services sector. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson, Kelleher worked at Dougherty and Company.

Davidson & Co., the largest full-service investment firm based in the Northwest, today announced that Mark Kelleher has joined its institutional research team to help expand the firm’s coverage of the enterprise infrastructure services sector, with a focus on cloud computing and big data analytics. Kelleher serves as Vice President, Senior Research Analyst, and works from the firm’s Boston office.

Kelleher previously was with Dougherty and Company. He has covered technology for over 20 years for firms that include Adams Harkness and Tucker Anthony. Before his career in research, he served as a hardware engineer designing application-specific integrated circuits for Digital Equipment Corp. He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer and systems engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his MBA from Boston University.
