The Entrepreneurs Organization is a global business network that has over 8,000 members in 122 chapters and 35 countries. The Capital Chapter is based in Washington, D.C.

The Capital Chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO|DC), the premier, peer-to-peer, global community, network and resource for entrepreneurs, today announced the appointment of 12 new members to its Board of Directors.
The mission of the DC Chapter of EO (EO|DC) is to enrich members’ lives through dynamic peer-to-peer learning and once-in-a-lifetime experiences. This chapter aims to be the catalyst that enables entrepreneurs to learn from each other’s experiences, leading to greater business and personal success.
“EO has enabled me to be a stronger CEO, a stronger contributor to our community, and I’m honored to be able to lead this chapter through this next year and beyond,” stated Jen Sterling, the incoming president of EO|DC. “We have an amazing curriculum and calendar year planned, and the board has stepped up to create an even more amazing experience for its members.”
Incoming board members include:
Jen Sterling, president and CEO of Red Thinking, a graphic design and strategic branding business. She has been an active member of EO|DC and formerly served as communications chair for the chapter.
Viraj Gandhi will be serving as the president-elect and incoming co-learning chair. Viraj is currently the CEO of Paradyme Management, a DC management/consulting firm.
Anna Birch, membership chair, is the founder of Adventure Links a company dedicated to inspiring teams, leaders, and companies to apply positive action and facilitate change from the inside out.
Co-learning chair John Norton is the founder of the Annapolis Harbor Boat Yard and the former finance chair for the chapter.
Craig Merrills will head this year’s strategic alliance committee. Craig is an owner of two Washington DC restaurants and recently launched his new business WOW-1DAY Painting.
Forum chair T.J. Jubeir is the founder and managing partner of Capital Partners, a private equity firm.
Incoming finance chair John Tsaknis is the Owner of Tsaknis Dental Group in Washington DC.
Incoming communications chair Elizabeth Shea is the founder and CEO of SpeakerBox Communications, a communications and PR agency for technology companies.
Emerging chair Michael Goldstein is a serial entrepreneur and current co-founder of Exhilarator, an operating company in the business of scaling businesses. Additionally, Michael is the founder of SwitchPitch.
Integration chair Alex Armour is CEO/CCO of OffSpring Solutions a technology consulting and project management business in DC.
Spousal chair Dawn Espinoza is the founder of Style By Dawn a DC hair, makeup, and wardrobe styling business, and owner of Design-Her-Gals.
