Data Dimensions reorganizes executive team

Data Dimensions, a portfolio company of HealthEdge Investment Partners LLC, said Wednesday it reorganized its executive team. Shawna Schultz will now serve as EVP of Customer Experience while David Hiller is now EVP and COO for the entire Data Dimensions organization. Amanda Kilburg was named VP of Project Management and Implementations, and Jake Strader has been promoted to Director of Business Development.

JANESVILLE, Wis.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Data Dimensions continues its focus on client satisfaction by reorganizing its executive team to maximize the strengths of its individual leaders and the impact they’ll have on the company’s valued clients.

As part of the company’s continuing effort to strengthen its client relationships, Shawna Schultz will now serve as Executive Vice President of Customer Experience. In this role, she will be directly responsible for ensuring Data Dimensions’ clients are served in the best possible manner. Schultz will facilitate strategic meetings with key accounts and act as a resource to the company’s business development team as a matter expert, providing sales support. This new position will create an increase in client communication and support, allowing for an elevated level of service for each of the company’s clients.
To ensure the company’s operational focus, David Hiller is now Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the entire Data Dimensions organization. In this expanded role, Hiller will have direct responsibility over all Data Dimensions’ Government and Commercial Operations. This includes the company’s production facilities in Janesville, WI; Clinton, IA; and Mt. Sterling, KY; as well as its Records Management Center in Janesville and offshore delivery centers.
Amanda Kilburg has been named Vice President of Project Management and Implementations. In this new role, Kilburg will continue to be responsible for the IT Project Management team as well as manage the Client Services Team. Joining the two teams under Kilburg’s leadership will create the synergies and efficiencies necessary to keep both client startups and ongoing client projects running smoothly and in greater adherence to service levels set by each client.
Jake Strader,who has been invaluable to Data Dimensions in the role of Senior Business Development Associate, has been promoted to Director of Business Development. In his new role, he will lead both of Data Dimensions’ sales divisions: healthcare and financial. He will continue to report to Constantine Moshos, Executive Vice President of Business Development.
