Denit and Dutch Cloud join forces and form a leading managed cloud solutions provider. The aim of this investment and collaboration is to establish a strong and solid company with an even better and broader service to customers.
Denit has built a leading position in the managed cloud solutions market with a strong focus on customercentricity , proactivity and unburdening of the customer. Denit’s customers are mainly active in the IT- and software sector. Dutch Cloud is a fast-growing, innovative cloud solutions provider, focused on large corporates and SaaS companies. In recent year both Denit and Dutch Cloud show healthy growth in terms of turnover, employees and profitability. The combined company has more than 50 employees. By joining forces, the companies increase the quality of their managed services offering, customer support and innovation. Also, the range of products of the combination will become stronger and includes secure cloud solutions, twin data centre services, hosted desktop solutionsIn coming period also managed public cloud services based on Amazon and Azure will be launched.
