Devin Matthews has joined Chicago Growth Partners as a partner, according to an email sent today to colleagues and friends. He previously had been a managing director with Baird Venture Partners.
In the email, Matthews wrote:
I started my private equity career with the CGP team over 15 years ago when we were all with William Blair Capital Partners and I am excited to be back working with my close friends as well as some great new colleagues. With CGP, I will be investing in the same industries I always have – business and consumer services – and in the same types of companies delivering technology-enabled services with recurring revenue and high margins. I look forward to working with you again in the future so please reach out and let’s connect on my recent move and any interesting investment opportunities out there.
