Canadian specialty finance company Difference Capital Financial (TSXV:DCF) has invested $2 million in Carta Solutions Holding Corp, which specializes in electronic payments and transaction processing technology. This deal has resulted in Difference Capital holding a 5 percent stake in the business. Investment proceeds are intended to support the growth of the Oakville, Ontario-based Carta Solutions in the mobile payments sector.
Difference Capital Invests in the Mobile Payments Sector

DCF has invested $2 million in Carta in the form of common shares and warrants, resulting in an approximate 5.0% diluted stake in the company. This investment provides DCF with exposure to the fast-growing mobile payments sector.
