Perella Weinberg Partners said Wednesday that James Dunham has joined the firm as a Managing Director in its Asset Management business. Dunham was previously with Goldman Sachs where he was responsible for creating and enhancing the firm’s partnerships with hedge fund/private equity fund of funds, sub-advised asset managers and outsourced CIO organizations in the United States and Canada.
NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Perella Weinberg Partners today announced that James M. Dunham has joined the Firm as a Managing Director in its Asset Management business. Based in New York, Mr. Dunham will help lead the Firm’s expansion into the financial institutions and sub-advisory markets.
Mr. Dunham has more than 20 years of experience in the asset management industry. He joins Perella Weinberg Partners from Goldman Sachs, where he was responsible for creating and enhancing the firm’s partnerships with hedge fund/private equity fund of funds, sub-advised asset managers and outsourced CIO organizations in the United States and Canada. Previously, Mr. Dunham was a Managing Director and Head of Sub-Advisory at Principal Global Investors and a Vice President at Bankers Trust.
