Electronic Arts Inc. has agreed to acquire the assets of Hands-On Mobile Korea, the Korean division of San Francisco-based mobile gaming publisher Hands-On Mobile (f.k.a. Mforma). No financial terms were disclosed. Hands-On Mobile has raised around $104 million in VC funding from firms like Bessemer Venture Partners, General Catalyst Partners, eFund, Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Institutional Venture Partners.
