EA Markets adds new MD to team

EA Markets LLC has hired Harpreet Wadhawan as a managing director. Previously, Wadhawan co-founded Faehm LLC.

EA Markets LLC, an independent investment bank providing comprehensive capital markets and financial advisory services to institutional clients, announced today the addition of Harpreet Wadhawan as a Managing Director.

Mr. Wadhawan brings extensive experience as a senior banker raising debt and equity capital for both public and private companies. At EA, Mr. Wadhawan will lead the corporate financing practice, and he will be responsible for building partnerships with private equity firms and client relationships primarily in the middle-market.

Mr. Wadhawan has worked in financial services for over 20 years, and he began his investment banking career with Barclays Capital where he served as a Director responsible for business origination, corporate finance and managing client relationships in the media sector. Prior to joining EA, he co-founded Faehm LLC where he headed the corporate finance practice advising clients on capital structure, special situations and financing optimization.
