Eastern Link Capital Raising China-Focused Fund

Eastern Link Capital is raising up to RMB 200 million (approx US$29m) for a China-focused fund that will invest in late-stage and mid-market companies. The industry focus is on consumer spending, with an emphasis on IT. The firm already has held a first close on RMB 100 million, and expected to secure the remainder within the next six months.

Eastern Link Capital was launched in Suzhou Industry Park, China. China Development Bank and Suzhou Industry Park Fund are among the limited partners. The fund will target commitments between RMB 100 to 200 million over two closings. First closing of RMB100 million is ready to invest. The final closing will take place within 6 month.
