Education Growth Partners, a private equity firm dedicated to providing growth capital to proven, high potential education companies, today announced it has acquired Apex Learning. Founded in 1997, Apex Learning partners with schools and districts nationwide to personalize the learning experience for every student. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
