Eletromidia S.A., a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital LLC, has completed its investments in DMS Publicidade Mídia Interativa Ltda (“DMS”) and Telefónica On The Spot Soluções Digitais Do Brasil Ltda (“TOTS). Financial terms weren’t announced. DMS operates out-of-home advertising in the subway systems of Rio de Janeiro. TOTS also operates out-of-home advertising in the São Paulo subway systems.

DMS and TOTS operate out-of-home advertising in the subway systems of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, respectively.
These transactions significantly expand the reach and depth of Eletromidia’s advertising network, providing more value to clients and agencies. With over 11 million unique impacts daily in the most important cities, Eletromidia is one of the most relevant players in the out-of-home advertising industry in Brazil.
