Svoboda Capital Partners said late Thursday that Peter Gotsch and David Schumacher of Ellipse Capital have joined the firm. Gotsch will be an MD while Schumacher will be a VP. A Svoboda spokeswoman says principals of Ellipse will continue to actively manage Ellipse’s existing investments, but all new ones will be pursued by Svoboda.
