NEW YORK, NY – May 27, 2020 – New York Private Bank & Trust, through its subsidiary Emigrant Partners (“Emigrant”), is pleased to announce that it has made a minority investment in Pure Financial Advisors, Inc. (“Pure”), a fast-growing financial planning and investment advisory firm that manages over $2.4 billion in client assets, for an undisclosed amount.

The transaction will provide Pure with access to capital for organic growth initiatives and reinvestment in the company, M&A support for future tuck-in acquisitions and the resources of the largest privately held, family owned and operated bank in the country.
