Endeavor, which runs a wide range of businesses that include talent agency WME, is reviving its IPO plans, reported Reuters. Citing an SEC filing, the news wire noted that Endeavor is seeking to raise $100 million for the offering. The company plans to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “EDR”. Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, KKR and Deutsche Bank Securities are the lead underwriters for the IPO. Endeavor’s backers include Silver Lake, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and SoftBank.
