Endless sells Kiddiecare to VC-backed Worldstores

After only two months of being owned by UK-based private equity firm Endless, British nursery and children’s products retailer Kiddicare has been sold to Worldstores.

No financial terms were disclosed.

Addleshaw Goddard and Sentio Partners advised Endless on the transaction while Taylor Wessing advised Worldstores.

Prior to being acquired by Endless, Kiddicare was owned by Wm Morrison Supermarkets.

Headquartered in London, Worldstores is the largest online retailer in the home and garden space. It is backed by Balderton Capital, Advent Ventures and Serena Capital.
