England & Company Hires New Managing Director

England & Company said Thursday that it has named Corey Luskin as a managing director in its technology investment banking group. Luskin, who will be based in the company’s New York City office, previously worked at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Smith Barney, Landmark Ventures and the Garros Group, where he was a member of the founding team. A middle-market merchant bank, England & Company has offices in both Washington, D.C. and New York City.

WASHINGTON, DC – July 25, 2013 – England & Company, a middle-market merchant bank, announced today that Corey Luskin has joined the firm as a Managing Director in its Technology Investment Banking Group. Mr. Luskin will be based in England’s New York City office and will work with clients in the information technology and services markets, focusing on digital media and business services companies.
Mr. Luskin has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and corporate development. Prior to joining England, Mr. Luskin was an investment banker focused on technology and financial services companies at major firms such as Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (formerly Wasserstein Perella) and Smith Barney, as well as with the boutique advisory firms Landmark Ventures and the Garros Group, where he was a member of the founding team. In addition to his advisory experience, Mr. Luskin served as Senior Vice President for Corporate Development for the BISYS Group, Inc., a leading financial services technology and outsourcing firm later acquired by Citigroup, and as Vice President of Corporate Development for Innodata, Inc. where he led the firm’s acquisition and strategic investment initiatives.
