Enlightenment Capital has acquired Colorado Springs-based Boecore, a provider of tech solutions within the space, missile defense, hypersonics and strategic deterrent mission areas. No financial terms were disclosed.
Chevy Chase, Maryland – January 25, 2022: Enlightenment Capital, an Aerospace, Defense, Government & Technology (ADG&T) investment firm based in the Washington, DC area, announced it has acquired Boecore, a provider of technology solutions to customers within the space, missile defense, hypersonics, and strategic deterrent mission areas. Boecore will serve as Enlightenment’s latest platform company, as the firm builds a premium provider of emerging space and strategic defense technologies.
Founded in 2001, and headquartered in Colorado Springs, CO, Boecore is a leading provider of software, systems and network engineering, and cyber solutions for the federal government.
