Enlightenment Capital, an Aerospace, Defense & Government (ADG) focused investment firm based in the Washington, DC area, announced the formation of the IntelliBridge platform, a government services company providing cloud, cyber, intelligence, and next-generation digital support to Federal defense, intelligence, and civilian agencies.
IntelliBridge was formed through the merger of Enlightenment Capital’s portfolio company Trowbridge and its recent acquisition of IntelliWare. The transaction combines two complementary and high growth organizations that together are better positioned to provide innovative IT modernization solutions to serve the government and national security markets.
