EQT has acquired a majority stake in Thinkproject, a German provider of construction intelligence. No financial terms were disclosed. TA Associates and other existing shareholders will reinvest alongside EQT as minority partners. Arma Partners was financial advisor to Thinkproject on the transaction.

Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as exclusive financial advisor to thinkproject, a portfolio company of TA Associates, on the sale of a majority stake to EQT. TA Associates and other existing shareholders will reinvest alongside EQT as minority partners to further accelerate the growth of the company.
