Equistone Partners Europe portfolio company Timetoact Group has acquired BeBOLD, an independent consulting business for cloud-transformation projects.
BeBOLD is based in Hamburg.
BeBOLD is Timetoact’s first acquisition of 2025 and 11th overall since Equistone acquired a majority stake in the business in June 2021.
