eTelecare Prices IPO

eTelecare Global Solutions Inc., a Philippines-based business process outsourcing company, priced 5.5 million American depository shares at $13.50 per share ($12.50-$14.50 range), for an IPO take of approximately $74.3 million. It will trade on the Nasdaq under ticker symbol ETL, whileMorgan Stanley served as lead underwriter.
