Eureka promotes three

Eureka Growth Capital has promoted Jonathan Chou to partner, Lisa Harris Millhauser to vice president and Brendan Stancato to associate. Chou joined Eureka in 2007; Millhauser came on board in 2014; and Stancato joined in 2013.

PHILADELPHIA, PA, January 7, 2016 – Eureka Growth Capital (“Eureka”), a Philadelphia-based private equity firm, today announced the promotions of three members of its investment team, effective January 1, 2016.

Jonathan Chou was promoted to Partner from Principal. Jonathan joined Eureka in 2007 as a Senior Associate from L.E.K. Consulting LLC where he was an Engagement Manager in the firm’s Boston office. Jonathan serves on the Board of Directors of Everite Machine Products and Project Leadership Associates, and previously served on the Board of Directors of Campus Televideo, Creative Co-Op and Total Military Management. Jonathan received a BA in Economics from Columbia University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Lisa Harris Millhauser was promoted to Vice President from Senior Associate. Lisa joined Eureka in 2014 from TA Associates and had previous private equity experience as an Associate at Centerbridge Partners. Lisa is an integral member of the deal team responsible for Eureka’s acquisition of Jansy Packaging and its organic growth and add-on acquisition strategies. Lisa received a BA in Social Studies from Harvard College and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Brendan Stancato was promoted to Associate from Analyst. Brendan joined Eureka as an Analyst in 2013 after working as an Analyst at Harris Williams & Co. Brendan provided due diligence analysis and support for the platform acquisition and related add-on acquisitions of Eureka’s portfolio companies Creative Co-Op, West Academic Publishing and Jansy Packaging. Brendan received a BS in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University’s Schreyer Honors College.
