Evolution Capital Buys Accurate Group

Evolution Capital Partners has acquired Accurate Group LLC, a Charlotte, N.C.-based provider of title insurance and settlement services. No financial terms were disclosed.

Evolution Capital Partners (“Evolution”), a Cleveland, Ohio-based private equity firm, in partnership with management, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Accurate Group, LLC (“Accurate”). This acquisition represents the fourth platform investment in Evolution’s current fund.

Accurate, based in the suburbs of Charlotte, NC, is a national full service title agency providing title insurance and settlement services. Settlement services include property valuation, appraisal services, basic flood zone certification, title services, closing and escrow services.
