LONDON, 7 April 2017: EY has today announced the appointment of Paul Reading as Executive Director within the private equity (PE) sector of its Operational Transactions Services (OTS) team.

Paul has over 15 years’ experience, with the last 10 focused on the private equity market. Paul has also worked for a mid-market private equity firm, Lloyds Development Capital (LDC), both as an investor and in the portfolio team.

At EY Paul will work with the firm’s mid-market private equity clients with a focus on growing the firm’s presence in this crucial part of the market.

Paul Reading, Executive Director at EY, said: “I am delighted to be joining EY’s OTS team. EY has a track record of working with private equity clients to generate value throughout the transaction lifecycle. I am looking forward to working with the team to grow and solidify EY’s presence in the mid-market.”

He will play a central role in consolidating and strengthening our mid-market private equity focus.”
