Fanatics has agreed to buy Mitchell & Ness, a fellow sports merchandiser, from Juggernaut Capital Partners, reported the New York Times. The news outlet noted that the deal puts Mitchell & Ness at a valuation of about $250 million. Fanatics’ backers include Fidelity Investments and Silver Lake.
