According to the New York Times, fashion company Moncler has filed for an IPO. The paper reports that Moncler plans on listing the stock on the Milan Stock Exchange. The number of shares to be offered and pricing terms have not been announced. Goldman Sachs, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Mediobanca are acting as global coordinators while JPMorgan Chase, Nomura and UBS will serve as underwriters. Claudio Costamagna and Lazard will work as Moncler’s financial advisers. Moncler’s investors include Eurazeo and The Carlyle Group.
