Fireman Capital Partners, a consumer-focused buyout and growth equity firm, has promoted Liam Patrick to partner. Since joining Fireman Capital Partners in May 2009, Patrick has served as a managing director and head of M&A activities, as well as a member of the investment committee.
Fireman Capital Partners, a consumer-focused buyout and growth equity firm, today announced that it has promoted Liam Patrick to Partner.
Since joining Fireman Capital Partners in May 2009, Mr. Patrick has served as a Managing Director and Head of M&A activities, as well as a member of the Investment Committee. His responsibilities have included origination and diligence of new investment opportunities, structuring transactions, and working with portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Fireman Capital Partners, Mr. Patrick was with private equity firm Rhone Group LLC, where he evaluated investments and supported portfolio management across multiple sectors, including consumer, media, and industrials. Before Rhone, Liam was an investment banker at Lazard in New York and Paris, and advised on M&A for industry leaders such as InBev, Nestle and AMC Entertainment. Mr. Patrick holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Pomona College. He currently serves on the Boards of Hudson Clothing LLC and Pilla Inc.
