First Infrastructure collects $1 bln

First Infrastructure Capital Advisors LLC, a subsidiary of Quanta Services, a provider of infrastructure solutions for the electric power, oil and gas and communications industries, has raised $1 billion in funding. The capital infusion will be used to make infrastructure investments focused on the energy, utility and communications sectors. Eaton Partners was the placement agent for the transaction.

(NYSE: SF) is pleased to announce it assisted First Infrastructure Capital Advisors, LLC (First Infrastructure) in securing $1 billion of capital commitments for infrastructure investments focused on the energy, utility, and communications sectors. An additional $2 billion of capacity is also available to invest on a non-discretionary basis alongside investments made with its available capital.
