First Reserve Corp. has promoted Tim Day, Joe Bob Edwards and Hardy Murchison to managing director. Day joined the firm in 2000, and focuses on the downstream segment of the energy industry. Edwards joined in 1998, and focuses on the oilfield service and infrastructure sectors.
