First Reserve Corp. has promoted Jenny Zarrilli to managing director. She will retain her role as chief financial officer. Zarrilli joined First Reserve in 1998, after having been with Quadrant Management.
First Reserve Corporation, the largest U.S-based private equity firm that specializes in the energy industry, today announced the promotion of Jennifer Zarrilli to Managing Director, demonstrating her extensive contribution as Chief Financial Officer and her role in the ongoing success of First Reserve funds. As a result of Jenny's promotion, there are now 12 Managing Directors who all play key roles at First Reserve.

Jennifer C. Zarrilli joined First Reserve in 1998 and has overall responsibility for all financial aspects of First Reserve and its funds including all aspects of financial reporting. Before joining First Reserve, Ms. Zarrilli was a Financial Executive with Quadrant Management, a private equity firm, where she worked for six years.
