Five Points Capital has made an undisclosed investment to back Quad-C Management‘s acquisition of Rainbow Early Education. Based in Troy, Michigan, Rainbow is an early education provider.
Five Points Capital, through BB&T Capital Partners Mezzanine Fund II, LP, invests subordinated debt and equity in support of the acquisition of Rainbow Early Education by Quad-C Management.
