Focus Financial Buys Greystone

Focus Financial Partners, a New York-based wealth management group, has acquired Greystone Financial Services Ltd., a UK-based financial advisory and wealth management firm with more than $1.6 billion in assets under advisement. No financial terms were disclosed. Focus Financial is backed by Summit Partners.
