The company held a $50 million first close on the deal last August with a reported post-money valuation of approximately $455 million. The round’s total target is listed as $113 million. Force10 has now raised nearly $400 million from firms like Advanced Equities, Crosslink Capital, New Enterprise Associates, Meritech Capital Partners, U.S. Venture Partners, Pacesetter Capital and Worldview Technology Partners.
