Fort Washington Capital Partners Group has closed two private equity funds on a combined total of $450 million.
FW Capital’s Fund VIII, a private equity fund-of-funds, raised $300 million, beating its original $200 million target while the firm’s Opportunities III, a special situations private equity fund, reached its target at a hard cap of $150 million.
The firm’s previous private equity fund-of-funds closed at its target size of $250 million. FW Capital’s Opportunities II raised $93 million, also closing at its target size. The closing timeline for both funds is not known. No performance data was available for either fund.
Based in Cincinnati, FW Capital is the private equity unit of Fort Washington Investment Advisors, a subsidiary of The Western and Southern Life Insurance Company.
