Forward Investment Partners Announces New Hire

Forward Investment Partners, the venture capital fund of Forward Internet Group, said on Tuesday that Nic Brisbourne will join the company on June 24, 2013. Brisbourne, who comes from DFJ Espirit, will take leadership roles at both Forward Investment Partners and Forward Labs.

Forward Investment Partners, the venture capital fund of Forward Internet Group, is delighted to announce that Nic Brisbourne will be joining the company on Monday 24th June. Nic will take leadership roles at both Forward Investment Partners and Forward Labs, which
supports entrepreneurs with seed capital and expertise. Nic joins from DFJ Esprit, where he has been a partner for seven years. He has been
working in venture capital since 2000 and has worked in London, Silicon Valley and continental Europe. He has worked on web, software and media and has been personally responsible for over 25 investments including Buy.AT (acquired by AOL for $125m), Zeus Technology (acquired by Riverbed for $140m), WAYN, Tribold, Conversocial, StrikeAd and Lyst. Nic is also the author of The Equity Kicker website, which is Europe’s most popular
venture capital blog.
