At least four potential bidders have registered for the auction of concessions managed by Brazilian water and sewage utility Cedae, sources told Reuters.

At least four potential bidders have registered for the auction of concessions managed by Brazilian water and sewage utility Cedae, sources told Reuters. The concessions are being sold separately with a minimum bid for all four set at about $1.94 billion. The potential bidders include Igua Saneamento, backed by Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, and a consortium involving BRK Ambiental, controlled by Brookfield Asset Management.
