Francisco Partners has acquired a majority stake in Paymetric. Financial terms weren’t announced. Paymetric, of Atlanta, provides SaaS-based enterprise security and integrated payment acceptance solutions. James Bunn, Steve Hufford, Kate Crespo, Leslie Ann Brooks and Erik Prochnow of Raymond James & Associates provided financial advice to Paymetric. Francisco did not use an outside financial advisor.

The investment will provide Paymetric with a new financial partner to help it capitalize on its current momentum and continue to drive product innovation and global expansion.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close within 30 days. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
