Francisco Sells FX Solutions

Francisco Partners has sold FX Solutions LLC to UK-based City Index Group. No financial terms for the all-cash deal were disclosed. FX Solutions is a Saddle River, N.J.-based retail foreign exchange electronic trading platform. It was acquired by Francisco last April. www.fxsolutions.com
