Freeman Spogli buys Galco from AEA

AEA Investors has sold Galco Industrial Electronics to Freeman Spogli & Co.

AEA Investors has sold Galco Industrial Electronics to Freeman Spogli & Co. No financial terms were disclosed. BB&T Capital Markets was financial advisor to Galco on the deal. Galco is a distributor of MRO industrial electronic components.

On January 23, 2020, AEA Investors sold its portfolio company, Galco Industrial Electronics, to Freeman Spogli & Co. BB&T Capital Markets served as the exclusive financial advisor to Galco.
