Freestyle Capital, a seed-stage investor that focuses on internet startups, has closed $40 million for its second fund, the company said Monday in a blog post on its site. The fund will invest in early-stage companies. Also, SimpleHoney co-founder Joyce Kim has joined the firm as a venture principal.
