FriendFeed Inc., a Mountain View, Calif.-based social networking site focused on content sharing, has raised $5 million in Series A funding. Benchmark Capital led the round, and was joined by company co-founders Paul Buchheit and Sanjeev Singh.
FriendFeed Inc. today announced the official launch of FriendFeed, a site where people can stay up-to-date on the Web pages, photos, videos and music that their friends and family are sharing. Additionally, the company announced that it has raised $5 million in Series A financing from co-founders Paul Buchheit and Sanjeev Singh and Benchmark Capital.
