Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Furlong graduated at the top of his class from the Wharton Business School, where he was named Palmer Scholar. “FT Partners has built one of the best, most trusted brands in the boutique investment banking space and is the go-to firm for financial technology,” said Mr. Furlong. “I have known Steve McLaughlin and some of the other team members for close to 20 years and I look forward to helping this strong team continue its history of delivering top results for its clients.”

Adam Harrington joins the FT Partners Investment Banking team as a Vice President. “This is an exciting time for FT Partners and we are pleased to bring both Larry and Adam onto our winning team,” said Steve McLaughlin, Founder and Managing Partner of FT Partners. “Their combined financial services and technology experience adds significant senior depth to the strong FT Partners bench at a time when we see our business and the markets picking up steam.”

McLaughlin added, “With three of our senior team members being long-time, close-knit Goldman Sachs alumni, and other senior members bringing a wealth of experience from firms such as Credit Suisse and Banc of America Securities, the firm is in its strongest position to date as we enter our 9th year in business.”
