L’Helias regularly represents large financial institutions and funds in complex principal transactions. He also regularly advises clients on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, going-private transactions, public and private offerings of debt and equity and general corporate and compliance matters.
Flynn and L’Helias also collaborate extensively on cross-border legal activity between the United States and Northern Europe, concentrating on development of relationships in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
“Mike’s and Tom’s sophisticated legal experience makes them a very desirable duo,” said Paul Jacobs, the co-head of Fulbright’s Corporation, Business and Banking Practice. “Mike and Tom are energetic and enthusiastic about their work and our international platform. They will be a perfect fit given their collegial nature and shared belief that success is measured by the success of our clients and the longevity of their relationships with us.”
