Fundrise’s RSE Capital has named Allan Sternberg as senior vice president of real estate. Previously, Sternberg worked at at Angelo Gordon. RSE Capital is the real estate arm of online investment platform Fundrise.

September 10, 2019 — RSE Capital, the real estate arm of leading online investment platform Fundrise, announced today that Allan Sternberg has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Real Estate. With his deep expertise in large-scale acquisitions and asset management, Sternberg will be tasked with continuing Fundrise’s fast-paced growth in all major West Coast markets.

Prior to joining RSE Capital, Sternberg spent 11 years at Angelo, Gordon & Co., L.P, a $33 billion alternative investment firm. There, he was responsible for acquisitions, asset management and dispositions for the firm’s real estate assets in Denver, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Southern California. Before Angelo Gordon, Sternberg worked for Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners, where he focused on real estate fund acquisitions and mezzanine debt investments.
