Fyfe Group Raises $20 Million

Fyfe Group LLC, a maker and installer of fiber reinforced polymer systems for use in structural retrofitting and rehabilitation of buildings, has raised $20 million in private equity funding from Bison Capital.

Bison Capital Equity Partners II, LP announced its $20.0 million equity investment in Fyfe Group, LLC. The investment was completed in November 2009. Founded in 1998, Fyfe Group pioneered the development and installation of fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) systems for use in structural retrofitting and rehabilitation of buildings. Today Fyfe Group is the industry leader of FRP based structural retrofitting and rehabilitation of buildings, bridges, underground pipe, and various other structure types. The company is headquartered in San Diego, CA with offices located throughout the United States and internationally.
